i cannot windows 10 lumia 650 play unique ringtones assigned contacts. feature worked on previous windows 8.1 lumia 530. suggestions gratefully received. pete p

that's strange. let's sorted out providing information below:

  • what's os build installed on lumia 650? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • have tried using ringtone maker app create custom/unique ringtone alert?
  • are custom/unique ringtones you've created doesn't play?

you can use article more information changing ringtone , sounds.
