i trying watch movie​ online , need update flash player wont let download local storage how change storage device

websites programmed monkeys can make mistakes , give false/fake messages.... please include links websites having problems questions can visit site testing....

probably have turned on ie's activex filtering web site , website has been incorrectly programmed , not detect ie has activex filtering turned on (see tools>activex filtering)
