Whatsapp is not working on my Nokia Lumia 730 Windows Phone 10 - Microsoft Community


had hard reset phone 8 10 times. still whatsapp not working.. when open whatsapp shows ��

there conflict between phone software , app. since issue remains unresolved after performed hard reset, suggest back up phone , reset phone software using recovery tool.
