currently running build 15002,igot the update notification windows 10 insider preview 15007 (rs_prerelease,  have downloaded update ,but showing ''downloading updates 100% from last 6 hours, there no further process happening installation or restart option proceed installation. kindly provide solution.

unfortunately, new uup system providing new build quite slow, , progress indications quite misleading, not correctly indicating what's going on ... downloading updates 100% is, in cases, left on prior download of windows defender definitions update.

what's going on determination of files exist in current build, won't need downloaded again, result in smaller download. when finishes, eventually, 100% indication change 0%, actual build download begin, on machines, doesn't progress beginning download until machine restarted, if haven't yet, wouldn't hurt restart, , check updates again.
