Apps closing unexpectedly after last mobile update - Microsoft Community


hi, have got lumia 550 , after last mobile update ( current os version 10.014393.576) of apps closing unexpectedly.  annoying.

did experience same issue?

hi,

let's start working on checking if there's pending phone software update. check it, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.

after updating phone software, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.

let know results.
