BLU Bold like us recovery error - Microsoft Community

i have old windows phone (since 2014 believe). it's blu bold , when connect charge, following error displayed:

the full message is:

"recovery

your pc needs repaired

the boot configuration data pc missing or contains errors.

file: \efi\microsoft\boot\bcd

error code: 0xc000014c

you'll need use recovery tools on installation media. if don't have installation media (like disc or usb device), contact system administrator or pc manufacturer.

press windows key uefi firmware settings"

how resolve this?? also, in world windows key on phone?

for better assist on issue, please answer following:

• does error message appears on pc or on phone?
• what happens when use charge phone regular wall charger, shows same error message?
• can provide details, mobile design? go settings , for phone.
