Cannot upgrade from 15063 to 16199. It is in a loop where I now have - Microsoft Community


hello everyone,

i having an issue going build 15063 build 16199.1000 (rs_prerelease). can see in screenshot has downloaded installation 11 times , working on 12th. restart , comes the login screen , once logged on notification action center that restart required finish upgrading computer. don't actually failure messages. seems stuck in loop.

it downloading 12th package instance. have seen issues posted similar don't error messages or progress percentages during installation. reboots, gives me action center notification need reboot finish installation , goes downloading instance.

measures taken far resolve problem looking in event log, posting feedback hub , looking answer problem in both fh , forum. have done requisite online searches using both bing , google resulted in thousands of posts either old or not same. see 16199 seems having lot of installation problems lot of people in different situations mine. going 15063 , no error messages system.

any on matter appreciated.
