Internet Explorer crashing - Microsoft Community


hello everyone,

my company has older version of microsoft sharepoint, , whenever try use "open explorer" option crashes ie. *not* issue sharepoint, please not move conversation.

i have spoken microsoft's technicians sharepoint , have determined issue internet explorer happens on machines running latest version of internet explorer. since of our machines windows 10, cannot downgrade and/or reject updates , functionality useful in our environment assistance lovely.

we appreciate response. have further assistance concern, recommend posting concern our microsoft technet. provided resolution looking for.
