Is this a battery issue? - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have had lumia 950 year , have been happy it. however, started encountering issue phone work if plugged in. after using windows device recovery tool, problem changed slightly; phone worked fine long plugged in when booted. still under warrantly, sent off, have returned b2x having not been able find issue. however, when returned (it of course on factory reset) seemed work fine 2 days, issue came back. sound battery fault, there software bug, or phone have hardware issue?

it battery issue if phone works when charging. isolate issue, need try using battery. since you've mentioned phone still under warranty, best contact re-seller of phone or bring store battery replacement.

please don't hesitate ask community if need more help.
