knocks off - Microsoft Community

received new nokia lumia 950 few days ago. when haven't been using phone. screen goes black , can't phone on without taking battery out putting in , restarting??

let's start working on performing soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts. after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
