Lumia 1520 Rebooting/Spinning Gears/Sad face with black - Microsoft Community


hello all!

so trying download the windows 10 update , phone restarted , started rebooting, show spinning gears , after that, show sad face black background. tried soft reset , hard reset. also, tried connect window recovery tool since rebooting won't connect it. there, please?
