i have been given 3 windows 10 tablets 3 children , have discovered problem many have faced cannot set children local users must use individual email address each.  willing want maintain restriction on children exposed to.  first problem if block websites through family settings/parental controls microsoft edge startup page msm has inappropriate content on it.  if block msm.com start page blocked clicking on new tab opens again.  thought of using google default browser because doesn't have nasty news , images on presumable cant put on parental controls?

has managed work out way can set each child on own tablets own login use apps , enjoy tablet without being exposed inappropriate imagery.  not concerned them deliberately 'looking' inappropriate sites, more imagery coming @ them default through standard sites msm.

aside blocking msn.com, can change startup page of microsoft edge in settings. instead of msn.com, place bing.com startup page. here steps:

 

1. click more action option (ellipsis dots icons) located @ upper right side of microsoft edge window.
2. choose settings.
3. click drop-down arrow under open microsoft edge with.
4. select a specific page or pages from drop down menu.
5. type bing.com in url field , hit save (fluffy disk icon).
