Photos not showing up in Collection - Microsoft Community


on lumia 950 windows 10 mobile, none of new photos after 5/18 appear in collection or anywhere else. have these photos gone , how can collection move on may 18?

to verify if there's software related issue device, suggest perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.

perform soft reset:
1. make sure phone turned on.
2. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.

take note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists. let know if need more assistance.
