Preview 15002 installed but not installed - Microsoft Community


ok, update history shows preview 15002 (rs_prerelease) installed system information shows 10.0.14971, sound correct?  again trying install 15002 again assume not installed thinks was.

note windows update troubleshooter says no problems.

any suggestions on how fix it?

posted no info system , looking @ activity seems have had issues installing previous builds, brings standard replies  remove plugged usb's , media slots except wired kb/mouse, remove 3rd party virus/malware programs if installed, enough space on c drive, best can without knowing system is.
