Unable to LInk Insider Account to Windows 10 Preview - Microsoft Community


i running windows 10 education build 15031 release 170204--1546, , unable link insider account in setting.

besides this;

1. google chrome doesn't work right click options vanishes mouse hovers on in full window mode,

2. notification panel transparent, can not see notifications on it.

3. mouse not respond until press alt+ctrl+del , select task manager of keyboard, start working again.

i second recommendation use iso upgrade--i've run kinds of problems updating new builds, since started using uup, , every time right answer has been use iso.

not sure why works when download (repeatedly) doesn't, know does.  luck!
