Can't install anything in my Lumia 730 - Microsoft Community


when download app in phone says download error,attention required.my wifi working bt still can't install .pls me.

server, phone software or internet connection issue. better assist downloading of apps issue, please answer following questions:

  • have checked if phone software updated? check, go to settings> under system, tap phone update> check updates.
  • have tried using mobile data connection instead?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
