Cannot log in to my W10M Microsoft account - Microsoft Community

hi, i'm quite these things being entirely wp user, time nothing working, , since nobody else on planet except owns windows phone last solution. 

so factory reset w10m 640xl + sd card because running (just full of junk), go through startup menus language, account , jazz, home screen , none of accounts logged in. strange. go store , try download apps , once again doesn't let me unless sign in, when try zooms me home screen (classic wp behaviour no idea whats wrong). happens every other log in through people, messaging, onedrive, lot.

i go accounts+info setting , hey, there's no ms account linked, let's right away then! says need app task, want search store one? ok guess? strange. store gives me error anyway cannot sign in.

i've tried changing system time, uninstalling onedrive , everything, resetting again still isn't working. there isn't option microsoft account when try log in via outlook.

i'm hoping guys because i'm patient wp (the rest of family have gone dark android side), time i'm losing it.

tl;dr any attempt sign in ms account doesn't work @ all.

it seems account has been locked. in order phone reactivate, must turn off reset protection.

to this, can follow these steps:

before hand off phone, remove of personal info , turn off reset protection-the recipient won't able use phone unless reset protection turned off.

if want carry on things next phone, stuff.

select settings settings icon > system > > reset phone.

if you're ready erase of personal content on phone, select yes, , select yes again verify.

type microsoft account password, , after few moments reset protection turn off.

let know how goes.
