when tapping on cortana, goes directly enter microsoft password.  old email in username.  have deleted old email on line , added new one.  when enter password old email goes enter microsoft password.  working fine until couple of months ago.

since you've deleted old email on account online, have set again register new email on phone. issue resolved performing hard reset on phone. it will bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. we suggest use , check if issue persists. please back stuff avoid data loss.
