PC not able to retrieve stored web credentials while mobile retrieves. - Microsoft Community


my pc after update fast ring build 16232, web credentials page blank yet microsoft account settings , sync setting haven't changed too.

my lumia 950xl still has access credentials. sure stored somewhere on onedrive.

how can make pc retrieve them too?

what looking at?

to answers post should include minimum information.

1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface.

2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc

3.  current build.  go settings, system. about. os build xxxxxx.xxx

4.  happening on computer,  boot, screen, app, etc

5.  error getting if any
