Some problems when drag a frame - Microsoft Community

there's problem drag frame in multi - layer nested frames.

the structure follows：

<frameset width:"examplepx,*">

     <frame no1> 

            <frameset width:"*,examplepx">

                   <frame no2>

                   <frame no3> 

the first step, drag , zoom frame no3

the second step , shrink window step step.

the third step ,the width of frame no3 change defult value when width of window can not accommodate frame no1 , frame no3.

why the frame no3 change defult value when  the window can not accommodate frame no1 , frame no3 ?

do not frame no3 keep width after dragging?
