The error in the People app, the error in the restore from the backup, - Microsoft Community


the error in people app - under settings there words 'attention required' in yellow under email address outlook.com address. error code 0x80040077.

i have same problem on devices - 3 phones - lumia 950xl, lumia 640, lumia 435 , on 3 pcs.
lumia 640 , lumia 435 - reset executed via wdrt - did not help.

it gives me no phone restore backup.
restoration finishes @ 21% , notifies loss of connectivity, if wifi works.

it not work synchronization settings between devices (theme, colors, passwords , favorite in edge).

e-mail on devices work without problems

os version on devices - 14393.576
