hey can see icon of voicemail on phone app couldn't opening means m fail to open. couldn't open. have ask u before u said u open, not opening , still sing visible

os build version of phone not updated, or voicemail service not enabled network provider. resolve this, please answer following questions:

  • which windows versions running on phone?
  • are getting error code or message?
  • have contacted network provider check if voicemail service enabled?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
