w10 build 15014.rs_prerelease.17015-1253 : Action center - Microsoft Community


the last rs build 15014 has bug with action center panel , outlook 2016. 

whenever a email notification from outlook 2016 on the action center, action center panel goes clear shows nothing,  the action icons @ bottom.

i can reboot , new notification makes go clear again.

i have a original surface pro running it.
