Whatsapps is always running irrespective of background app settings - Microsoft Community


i'm using lumia 650.

irrespective of background application settings , battery saver settings whatsapp running. not have issue other apps. please help.

like other messaging apps, app runs in background when data connection turned on , receiving notifications. however, since you've turned on battery saver , background apps, app should not run in background. since happens specific app, suggest contact developer report issue.
