where is recycle bin ? - Microsoft Community

i have window 8.1 on microsoft lumia 640l. have run out of storage.

i cannot find recycle bin empty, neither 1 on onedrive despite being able delete items.

the items cannot seem delete videos.

please !

i cannot find recycle bin empty, neither 1 on onedrive despite being able delete items.

as recycle bin on device there none when delete gone.

however, if auto upload onedrive deleting on device may not delete on onedrive. see on device when (for example) deleting picture says in message (or will) delete same file on onedrive (but not).

you can access onedrive either i.e. or onedrive app. see screenshots below:
