My camera is no longer working - Microsoft Community


microsoft lumia camera doesn't work anymore. click app, try's open goes home screen. selfie camera doesn't work. no error message shown. tried uninstall couple of times makes no difference. had risk resetting phone severally thererby losing files, yet no solution. help, please

you may download b2x app windows store, in can run hardware test check if phones camera hardware faulty or not. way, b2x microsoft's authorized customer service provider in hardware repairs on lumia phones.
