Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL stopped updating to new builds on Fast - Microsoft Community


phone on the officially supported windows insider program list, has stopped updating under fast preview. i'm @ 10.0.15063.332 after going release preview update. switched fast week ago , nothing.

1. getting error messages when try update phone?

2. troubleshooting steps have done far fix issue?
