windows phone 10 nokia 1022

on taking first picture, camera app crashes , phone executes hard auto shut down.

on restarting , continuing photo app, phone , app works okay.

hard shut down is not isolated incident. happens each time photo button activated , after first picture taken. after re-boot, app works okay.
