Cant update to build 15043 on mobile - Microsoft Community


three builds decided use tool go wp8.1 clean install of the latest build due several issues on windows 10. since never able complete installation of fast ring builds keep saying percentage varying time. leaving phone connected night wifi connection see if works. no luck @ all. 

tried factory reset phone , same result. if either go wp 8.1 or w10 build 14393.67 (the build gets installed if try advance wp8.1) cant further. 

any ideas???

could please post model of phone, build running now  , happens when try upgrade? tried factory reset, afraid have little offer solution, in least information ms engineers fix it.
