Hard Drive Crash Recovery - Microsoft Community


computer running windows 10. hard drive crashed have new hard drive no os. i've been told can download new operating systembut need bootable thumb drive. i'm supposed able download files thumb drive microsoft site. correct? can't find answer far.

if have access computer able download , burn bootable dvd or usb stick can use media creation tool 14393.0 or latest insider iso.

this iso not fit on 4.7gb dvd  4.716+gb.  must use usb stick.
