Lumia 735 No notification of missed calls - Microsoft Community

i've noticed lumia 735 no longer shows missed call icon on lock screen , app doesn't reveal missed call (with number phone symbol).  the notifications appear in both locations after i've opened phone app.  for instance, missed call @ 9:49 yesterday morning.  at 12:45 today (i don't make lot of calls), 27 hours later, notification still hadn't appeared.  once opened phone app, though, had missed call icon on lock screen , number "1" appeared next phone symbol on app on start screen.

any ideas what's causing or how fix it?  i have latest update, think problem started before that.  thank in advance.

just check, troubleshooting steps have tried far resolve issue regarding non appearance of notifications on phone? able try performing soft reset?

for mean time, try perform soft reset on phone, narrow down possible causes of phone's issue. press , hold power , volume down button @ same time. after 15 seconds, release hold , wait phone finish restarting.

ask of friends give call. notify if issue persists.
