untill have been able add games ee mobile bill,but store seems think i'm on t mobile , cant seem change this,iv tried logging out , setting new payment option offer me 3 or o2 in drop down ,i use nokia lumia 650,please can me?

can more of network provider concern or phone's software issue. can first perform soft reset, method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation. after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
