notification app/window will not open in build 15019 - Microsoft Community


message have 4 notifications, or 10 notifications , when go them, click on  blank black screen. can tell me going on? install build 15019 on 27th. tried in morning, today 28th , got.

to address concern, build 15019 latest preview build windows insiders in fast ring. suggest run dism repair. that, please refer link.
