Notification center not working after upgrading to Windows 10 build - Microsoft Community

hi,

after upgrading pc creators update, notification center stopped working completely. can open notification center, nothing shows. have random freezes once in while didn't have before. i've been looking @ similar problems here, none of answers provided solution me.

i tried sfc / scannow , dism. however, dism seems broken. every time when running command, says 'source files cannot found'. when mount freshly downloaded iso of windows 10 build 15063 , point install.esd file in dism command.

use feedback hub app report problem, follow these steps:

1. search “feedback hub” in cortana search, launch app.
2. navigate feedback in left menu, press + add new feedback.
3. select problem button, share details think relevant, , choose appropriate category , subcategory.
4. important: if possible, reproduce problem(s) after clicking begin monitoring (or start capture) near end of form; stop monitoring when you’re done.
5. once you’ve completed form , monitoring, click submit.
6. click continue using feedback hub.
7. click my feedback @ top, find item submitted. (it may take while appear.)
8. open item submitted, click share.
9. if posted in forum thread, can click copy link, , paste link in response. (it https://aka.ms/<unique link>)
