Touch pad not working - Microsoft Community

i using lumia 830 past 2 , half years.

since last few days finding difficult operate button , home button , search button.

now 3 buttons not working. can possible reason? , how can solve it?

this due protector covering buttons or loose wiring. phone have screen protector? if yes, have tried removing portion covering capacitive keys (back, home , search) may have preventing touch screen work?

it's recommended check software updates lumia 830. keeping phone updated helps assure new features , improvements enhance phone's performance installed.

if phone doesn't have screen protector, it's better visit local service center or our partner @ b2x, microsoft authorized customer service provider, have device checked.
