i rolled 1607, wait while before try updating again
edit 1: river tuner , msi not cause removed them
edit 2: working in safe mode.
hi all, upgraded build 15063.13, explorer.exe not loading. screen black. have task manager open , tried manually starting task, crashes few seconds later.
i've been able open chrome well, there see edit 1river tuner error while logging in. trying open control panel uninstall see if might issue.
anything else can do?

not sure at, after post edits. version 1607 or on new public version 1703?
i recommend trying "clean boot" , see how things run.
