Windows 10 and Edge auto scrolling top to bottom an left to right - Microsoft Community

 i have been having continuing problem since last couple updates pages , drop downs auto scrolling. searching others might have had same issue resulted in setting in personalization auto select background colors. turn selection off, chose single color, rebooted pc, , changed different mouse no luck. areas of windows 10 , edge still auto scroll when passing cursor on them. suggestions help. can't use favorites in edge because of issue.

based on steps you've performed, can conclude issue software. may bug recent updates must first investigate. please try these steps:

1) perform clean boot test if driver or app causing issue.

please refer support article instructions on doing so. goal reproduce issue consecutively enable apps , drivers.

if issue occurs when specific driver or app enabled, can logically assume cause. in case, let know , troubleshoot accordingly.

2) run windows apps troubleshooter.

the troubleshooter designed find or fix issues on computer. if former, give suggested can try.
