Windows Phone 8.1 will not log into Microsoft Account - Microsoft Community


on 2/4/17 did factory reset of lumina 640xl windows 8.1 phone. since then, have not been able log microsoft account. error message says 'can't connect right now, try again later.' software doesn't provide fields enter credentials. please advise on fix planned, has affected many users. thanks.

same problem. lumia 630 dual sim.

Microsoft Edge won't stay open - Microsoft Community
