Windows Store Wont Launch - Microsoft Community


windows app store wont launch. has been past 3 months since purchased lap top. please assist. here error code:  0x8000ffff

try administrator command prompt: wsreset.exe

also, in settings section includes apps. in list of apps. find store app , choose advanced options. in that, click on reset button.

if not yet have windows 10 version 1703, can download iso file @ link below. mount file in windows , create new drive letter. in drive, run setup.exe upgrade latest windows 10 version. download , run media creation tool new version of windows 10. upgrading might resolve store issue without doing else.
