Alcatel Idol 4s problems - Microsoft Community


love phone having problem apps not working. example flashlight , amazon kindle apps working great until today. neither working , have turned phone off , on delete apps , reinstall them. still don't work.

also have started receiving double texts.

to assist concern, please answer following questions:

  • which os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue begin?
  • have made changes in settings prior issue?
