apps and games crashing - Microsoft Community


guys using lumia 950ds on build 15222,since last few update apps , games crashing,keyboard freezing , stops responding.plz , when c shell official release

hi,

this issue resolved performing hard reset on phone. it will bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. we suggest use , check if issue persists. please back stuff avoid data loss.

let know how works out.
