Build 15048 won't install on an Asus PC - Microsoft Community


i have 2 pc running on slow circle.

one updated automatically, no problems, , running on build 15048.

the other one, asus laptop has tried @ least 5 times update (so "finds" update) cannot install it. still running on build 14986.

any suggestions?

remove 3rd party virus/malware/speed boost type programs (using tools makers of such programs), remove plugged usb's/media slots except wired kb/mouse, remove dock if using such device, remove 2nd monitor if using, insiders program doesn't have direct support microsoft, , helpful insider can supply info system, build , detail tried fix issue.
