can't connect to apply for esta. - Microsoft Community


i have tried using 3 different browsers, turned off firewall , tried several different routes of connection can't open esta.cbp.dhs.gov. site apply esta (electronic system travel authorisation) in order gain entry need holiday in july.  i having no problem finding unofficial sites , getting them open. i've consulted local computer fixers , had problem @ first, used 'chrome' , opened.  i downloaded 'chrome' - no luck. friend got apple open site different friend's 'apple' awkward windows machine. please?
