Cannot change insider preview builds and stuck on slow builds with - Microsoft Community


updated windows 10 pro insider preview build 15002.rs_prerelease.170102.1700 , cannot seem open start, open cortana, open action center, or open on task bar except when right clicking on icons, normal programs, , task view mode. also, cannot sign microsoft apps account, question how fix problem stuck on slow build mode , cannot update 15007 or else...

have since updated 15019 , seem have no problem changing settings windows insider preview.
