Cannot update or install app from Windows store - Microsoft Community


hi, using windows phone os10 lumia 535 past few months im not able install or update app windows store, i check mobile data high speed, not working in store. why happening? please help me problem. give me solution. thank you.

cancel pending downloads store,  soft reset phone , repeat download.
