contact list is selfclosing after opening

on june 2, 2017 update launched on contacts app of microsoft. since list closing after opening.

is there solution ?

i checked update status of apps - no further update listed.

rumors there faulty insider update, installed in other phones not part of insider preview reasons not known.

i tried to delete app, found no possibilty. not want make e hard reset, idea overcome issue ???

also, have tried doing soft reset?
