Forgotten Password - Microsoft Community


have administrator account , used have picture password. when starting pc the picture password taken away , asked me password don't remember. tried resetting microsoft password on pc but not register on pc. not have password recovery disk. have no other admin accounts local account not allow me make changes. how fix please help?

i not know how fix should lesson read this.

even if using picture password or pin or other method including not showing automatic sign-in remember primary password if have write down.
