Insider Build 15014 not displaying text in some windows. - Microsoft Community

i'm having issue text in windows controls dialogbox, listbox etc not showing up.  some of in applications wrote, , of happening in other applications such windows installer.  for example, launch msi file , opens empty windows installer window buttons buttons don't have text.

i did clean install of build 15007 on different partition test , not have problem.  both systems using same nvidia driver i've ruled out.  all non-microsoft services have been disabled.  malwarebytes has scanned system , found no problems.  windows defender being used malware protection.

i have list of processes running on working system (15007) , next step i'll try killing processes not on list on 15014 system see if text comes back.

are there other troubleshooting steps should try before rolling earlier build?

• did issue happen after update?
• do error messages when run programs on computer?
• have checked latest update?
