Lumia 950 XL Constantly Crashes after latest update - Microsoft Community


hi,

after latest update lumia 950 xl - device randomly crashes and/or restarts self.

this can happen once week 7 or 8 times day.

this has gone being 1 of best phones have ever owned, worse in matter of days.

anyone ideas?????

for better assist issue, please answer following:

  1. have performed soft reset after update?
  2. does happens randomly or when opening particular app?
  3. have checked pending updates apps installed?
  4. does happens when not connected internet?
