Microsoft Edge Locked - Microsoft Community

my version of microsoft edge, me, locked obscure reason!!

i can open it.

i go favourites , history, since reinstalled me , lost them, cannot go there now.

if open page, cannot click on anything. seems though mouse's cursor not there. mouse working fine everything. bar me

but after restarting pc, apart losing favourites , browsing history, still cannot me work.

nothing click on or open, won't.

i cannot move window clicking on top bar. though can widen , adjust window bottom , make full screen.

also, cannot scroll down pages.

good job google chrome still working or i'd be......!!

any ideas? started day ago. before, working fine.

ps i'm not pc savvy, need idiot proof :-)
